I attempted to catalog all the games I beat or played significantly throughout the year. It was pretty fun seeing the list buildup.

My game of the year is definitely the Android port of The World Ends With You (Solo Remix). The graphics are much more defined, the gameplay feels a lot smoother, songs are used more appropriately for unique boss fights...

Anyone's playing Crowfall?

It's an upcoming MMORPG developed by a team that worked previously on Ultima Online, Shadowbane, Star Wars Galaxies and Star Wars: The Old Republic. It combines elements of strategy, survival and MMO games. In Crowfall players are crows that travel between worlds to fight in behalf of the gods. It's described by the developers as "Game of Thrones meets EVE Online".

I have not seen this game have a separate topic for it on this forum, but I think it deserves some attention.

It is yet another voxel-based adventure game. But it shows a lot of promise and interesting ideas added to it. It has been in development since June 2011 by a person whose internet alias is wollay.

So when I was younger I had a racing game. You controlled something like a RC cabriolet car, and raced on tracks that were in the sky. There was a level editor, puzzles where you had to either break or push to target big blue balls. It was rather fun and I really would like to recall its title. Anyone ever played something like that?
I think that title included something like 'ice' or 'sky' in it, but hell, I searched for several days and I can't find it looking for those tags, so I wouldn't...

Vagante is a little cool, dark, and rather hard roguelike (with multiplayer) that came out of early access recently. The learning curve is a bit harsh since the tutorial only teaches you the basics and you have to figure out the rest. The wiki and community in general is a bit small and there isn't a lot of info out there about it.

It is not free, sadly, doesn't seem to have much players, and is, well, just tiny.

I tried the demo version, and aside from all the flaws, bugs and bandwith hungryness, I had fun.

Hey losers you should totally check out this game, the sounds really remind me of KAG but it's tower defense and it's pretty fun. You can make it as hard as you want with the rune system and I enjoy it.
