what u mean with irc and i actually made a video but i cant upload it..

 

Knightl didn't tell you that when you press "esc" and the pause menu comes up you need to go into/click the button displayed to as chat, this directly links you to the IRC then join the chat and get some help.
(Just for word of advise so you don't get abused, there is a whole thread, 75 odd pages of it devoted to reporting and capturing griefers, hackers etc. Which you can find "pinned" in this section, help)

You never mentioned that before and As far as The eye can see he hasn't been banned at the time you're speaking of so why would he make new accounts?
