If a builder knows how to make ladders, knows what backwall is for and uses it, then I'm :).
Otherwise "builder BUILD A DAMN LADDER" or I scream cries of "LADDER" or try to hit numero '6' to signal a ladder

People demanding from the team that a certain workshop be built...why not do it yourself!!!??? It only takes one minute.

    Bad spelling - Laziness ;)

    While I'm at it...

Implying archers as a group as well as in a group you would also say "archers" in that context, unless you had a friend called Archer who was a very good archer.

Actually, a PRO OMG archer could easily disable a knight's shield and fire a quickshot to do damage. Just ask CoughDrop. :D

I've had multiple times in one game when I'm building a bridge/cover/ladder for my fellow knights and archers to push forward and someone they all are completely incapable of simple SHIELDING ME from the enemy's attacks. It's infuriating. I'm trying to help, why not cover me?!

That's why I never build a structure that's dependant of cooperation, unless I know there is a few reasonable teammates. I ususally just build a tower wall on the bridge, so I can retreat if archers start attacking.

Then just ask them, I do it, and normally, if they are not dumbass, they will help. You can also explain them, why they have to shield you. But generally, they won't do it authomatically, you have to ask before, and it is really annoying some time.

I do. I posted that mini-rant right after a match where I died 3x in a row in the same exact place because two knights were standing and watching as I tried to build a bridge across to the enemy's final tower. Lives were low and I team chatted multiple times asking them to shield me; they remained shielded at the far back of the bridge instead of moving up with me. Yes I shouldn't have suicidally tried to build the bridge anyways, but I was desperate.

Because builders are the hero KAG deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So, we'll ignore them and look down upon them, because they can take it. Because they're not our hero. They're a silent guardian. A watchful protector. A Dark Knight.

Well if you're a builder why don't you do your damn job instead of complaining?
You need to yell alot, some can't read but will respond to large letters known as "shunka" to them.

So the annoying and unhelpful noobs who don't help us builders are the agents of chaos, the jokers? It all fits!

As not all builder are stupid, not all knight are stupid. Sometimes, you have to jump everywhere and yell "SHIELD ME ยง", sometimes you have to change strategies and not rush stupidly when you know that there is spamming archer in front of you. Save you'$r own life, guy! It is more important than winning, or those autistic knight.

    1) This is supposed to be a thread for builders to vent their frustrations; this being a game, please don't take my complaints too seriously :p

    2) I play a bit of every class, so building isn't my "damn job" :B):

    3) In small team games where everyone is fighting at the front line and someone notices the lack of X workshop back at base, it is far more productive for the team if they change class and build it themselves rather than yelling "OMGZ U BILDERS MAKE A BOM WERKSHOP!!!!111" and expecting someone else to spend time going back to base, gathering stone & wood, and then placing it down - when they could have remained at the frontline maintaining their own tower :>:(:

I should've been more specific, but as I said I wasn't being entirely serious :)

Well to be fair a game has more flow the less you change class, so the builder should do their bloody job and make me my workshop, unless I'm the one who should be doing so myself. 1workshops are just as vital for protecting the frontline as repairing a tower, with nowhere to heal and buy arrows and bombs defending isn't as easy anyway.

Fair enough, I usually build the workshop when requested anyway, because I'm nice like that.

Yeah ditto, in my opinion if your next to a decent enough tower and it doesn't need repairing you should be making as many workshops as possible, unless your pushing with an attack obviously.
