Unable to find server on Multiplayer menu.

Hi people, I'm interested in creating my own server. However, by using Maqq's CLI Server Config tool, I've managed to create the server but I can't find it on the multiplayer server menu! I don't think its the Firewall because I've gotten the popup about allowing KAG a while ago.

Oh and i've got Window 7.

Ummmm, im not sure, but go ask Voltagen, he mad a server and it worked

Sounds like a portforwarding problem.

yes i have tried all steps except the port forwarding part, I'm slightly confused on how to get all three ports because I just have 50301. Even i can't find my own server on the menu!

EDIT: By using 50301, I've set up the server but it says:
"WARNING: API call failed: serverPort or serverAddress not present forputStatus

 

You forward the other ports just like you forwarded 50301?

 

And how do I do that?

Something like this: Just tell me how you got the "IP address" that you put in where the red box is.

The only program I use for my server is "dedicatedserver.bat" :P

What have you done to port forward it, that's what I need to know :)

Well, first step, can you open up command prompt?

First thing you need to do is open command prompt, and then type "ipconfig" and ress enter.
Then find where it says "Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection" And under that fine "Default Gateway".
Type the Default Gateway address into your internet browser.

 

Its disabled, i have a school computer but under
"Wireless LAN Adapter Wireless Network Connection"
Theres somethign about a default gateway.

You'd be using WI-FI then?

You're running on WI-FI?
Everytime you use a desktop to run the server you will need to edit the port forwarding, because the laptop and desktop have different IP addresses.



Whatever you see where that red box is, type into your brower like a web address.
