Grey.. calm down bro...
Only time you wanna do something that rash only do it when they break stuff... i mean sure he was editing.. but dont freeze him! Just fix it... and dont get mad.
Just warn him.. dont freeze, just warp them back to the starting area... nothing less.. nothing more.
Also.. it never took you a few hours... I watched you some times.. it only takes you like 30 minutes to make or maybe an hour.. but no longer.

Mister nightmare... dont touch an admins work. Sure they have editor and they can fix stuff.. but dont put ladders or anything on there without their consent.. we are players just like you. Dont disrespect an admin. And dont grief an admins work... sometimes it takes a while to build something and if its in the air... you really dont wanna touch it cause sky creations are heavily unstable and can collapse if someone breaks even a single peice of it.
Now if you dont wanna get banned.. stop touching Greys stuff. His stuff is his stuff and only he can touch his stuff... (lol.. that sounded totally gay :p)

Dude there is something wrong with your logic, you talk about irrelevant things and I can't really see your problem.
I asked you not to grief, still you griefed so I kicked you. You came back in the game and whined for 5-10 minutes, kept swearing non-stoppably on me. No wonder I decided to ban you.

The first statement sounds ridiculous.

How to behave well? Basicly try to adapt to the others, threat them friendly, if you cause any problem apologise to them, explain why you did that. If you take these suggestions I think you will avoid getting kicked,banned or insulted by the other players.

Well I can't help you in the sibling rivalry, though I know the feeling of being the youngest in the family. I had a lot of fights with my elder siblings, but after a while we grew mature, we love each other. So having fights with your sister may be some sort of caring for each other :)

There are times when no admins are available in the server. We have our private life, job, family matters et cetera.
