Awesome song man! It is nice to hear some calm and acoustic music as opposed to what I am usually listening at. Like the song posted below.

Now, the Swedish Empire was regarded to be gone long before the event portrayed in the song, but it is regarded as the final blow to it. Basically, king Charles XII was doing a desperate attempt to regain power after lost a deceive battle against the Tsardom of Russia when he was invading it.

At the the fortress of "Fredriksten" covering the port of "Fredrikhald" in Norway he was shot. It is still to this day uncertain whether he was shot by one of his own or a Norwegian soldier. The video is pretty good at explaining what happens with both the lyrics with the visual representation.

I am in love with Sabaton, the production is so damn good, and while I still consider their album "The Art Of War" to be the best so far, I can't deny that this is still damn good. If you are into this sort of music of course.

It is like a history lesson, only louder.

This is the saddest song that Skrillex had ever made. He composed this song for his mother. I admit, I shed a few manly tears while listening to this.

  14. Bahaha I can't even watch many of these. Friggin' copyrighting.

    Also, my contribution.

If you like Flying Lotus, you might well like some Rustie. They're quite similar, but Rustie also goes off on his own. Jungle/Aquacrunk/Purple Sound is great to listen to.

From now on, I would be posting OSTs from popular movie/video games, etc. This one is from Matrix. I'm not terribly sure what type of music it is, it's to soft to be Electro, way to soft to be Dubstep. Maybe some sort of Trance. But what really makes the song, is the over-emotional piano solos, you never see them coming. And when is does, it hits you really hard. In the heart.

Its more like trip hop or a slower breakbeat. No real buzzing electro elements that stand out. And as for trance.... its far from trance haha. Check out my link above :)

Anyways, I do enjoy this song from the Matrix, and I actually just got done watching a bunch of its speeches. So thank you for posting this

  18. I actually after hearing that song heard it in a dream, which was weird. (Clubbed to Death). Wikipedia puts its official genre as Ambient Trip Hop. Makes sense to me. I'll give an example of some modern triphop. :D
