   Personally, I convert them locally to XVID, that makes the file size a lot smaller. Then I upload them. In total that's <10 minutes, for a 10sec video probably <5 minutes.

 

I saw a guard doing something which seemed not acceptable I don't have a video but its pretty clear there is no way to do this without some freakydeaky stuff.
