Shield Bashing Addict

Well apparently shield bashing has been re-coded into the game, and honestly I can't get enough of it. I use it to literally ride on top of an enemy and push them to the end of a map. I fend off multiple people by jumping around and pushing them off. I've killed many without even using my sword. I just shield bash them into a wall and literally squeeze the carp out of them! But I do it so often, that I start to wonder what it's liked to be bashed like that. I really want to know (especially if I've done this to you) if this is a very cheap, annoying method of killing.

Well I sheild bash and also have been sheild bashed, Personally I dont think this is a very cheap or annoying way of killing, Its just a quick and easy way to kill without using your sword and most of the time not losing any of your hearts, but I have been kicked from non-premium servers multiple times for sheild bashing <-- I just guess noobs dont understand its an easy way to kill. In short, Sheild bashing is fine.

 

Yes I have been called a haxor many times! It's still fun though.

 

Haha I agree. Its a good way to take on more then one knight at the same time.

 

It is a legit tactic... its the same reason I get mad at the people in my clan sometimes. I did it a few times and felt kinda bad after.

 

Owning people is nothing to feel bad about. xD

 

Shield bashing is op, everyone can tell you that :)

The endless bash is a glitch though, so technically you're a dirty glitcher mofo. I like to do it too though. It's useful since slashing or jabbing simply don't work.

 

I'm addicted to shield bashing too. For some reason it is moar satisfying to shield bash someone and hear that noise and your enemy has no control over himself. I don't know why, it's kind of evil. I can't get enough of it. People just say it's a bug or op etc because they suck at it.

 

Why am I launched 7 tiles in the air from being pushed?

I find shield bashing OP so yes, I find it quite annoying if someone is ONLY shield bashing....

 

I honestly love bashing. It's a legit technique to counter slash2win. Only the endless bash glitch is annoying as fuck, and even I don't like it. That doesn't mean I don't use it. But I don't use it to push them endlessly until they reach a wall and insta die. I use it to stun them for a few secs, then sneak in one jab. Like how it's supposed to be done. Like how it's done back in the good ol days of shieldbashing.

 

Best way to win is a compilation of shield bashing mixed with the smooth jazz of multiple jab spamming. A legit tactic that works. Both offensive and defensive.

 

I love shieldbashing people into walls and crushing them.

 

Shieldbashing is an extremely easy trick to use though, which makes it OP. Unlike the days where you slash2win, even though it was also OP, there was complex positioning and timing needed to pull off a good double slash, slash/jab, or slash/slash/jab combos. But now...
-Jump
-Hold shield
-Hit face
-Jab
-Repeat
-
-Profit?

It's just too easy.

The devs may as well re-sprite the shield to be a surfboard.
