Miner Wars (MMO and single player)

Featuring fully destructale environment (persistant), with editable station, 8km asteroids, and such. Currently in pre-Alpha. Mine, fight, do the pirate and disable enemies, hire some friends for a coop in the (ex) solo mission, build stations and such ^^ Epic battles with 300 ships, 1st person view

Looks good, too bad I can't play anything that looks good though .

 

A new video card helps. It's something you can do yourself. I have an 8 year old computer, I slapped a gig of RAM into it, and put Windows 7 on it, and it runs like new! Now I just need a video card. (games don't work well without GPU)

 

Planning to, but I'll probably have to go for a new computer.
The case is too small which limits most possibilities I could have otherwise.
In the end I'll probably have to settle for a new computer whether I like it or not.

Dont forget to check the memory cache on the main processor, it helps good ;)

 

Yesh. Indeed that will help. I had another old computer with the same type of memory as my other one, and I popped the memory from the older one into the newer one, and it runs windows like a pro!

 

Miner wars is a forthcoming 6DOF space simulation game with a combination of both single player story game and MMO. I like 2D shooter games. Yesterday Chillingo released their latest 2D shooter game Storm the Train, and I had tested it in the closed beta before. I think it is a nice shooter game for newbies.

 

i was going to buy it when i had money, but it didnt look all that fun. is it?
