Settings for our clan war :

• 250 stone and wood at the tent during 90 seconds.
• 10 arrows for each respawn
• 10 wood and 10 stone for each builder respawn.
• One flag capture/lives=0

Awesome! I am really happy to see more clan wars being played/recorded. If you ever want someone flying around in spectator and recording I'd totally love to do that.

Though it is a bit weird to watch as the tactics employed here are contrary to what I've seen of the KAG meta. Lots of knight aggression without a single archer being played form what I see and not really a focus on catapults. Whereas in the matches I've played there the initial knight heavy push and once a wall is erected its a couple of archers spamming with a knight or two guarding the tower as catapults get built. Not a criticism, just an observation. I much prefer watching the style of play in this video, I wonder if the differences are due to the server settings?

 

In fact, it was the only map without archers. Our cata was destroyed during previous by arrows spam and we got an archer in our squad to cover knights.

There is only one archer in each team btw!

I will try to record the clan war in spectator mode the next time! We will play maybe 4 matches in october so be ready to see more videos!

@Ej: I am working on that, or rather I already contacted Spidey about it.
I really love the idea of having clan war videos with commentary like a sports-show.
Wether it will be live I can't say yet, since that would be much more difficult.
But we'll see!

And no I don't have too much free time. I want more!

I just checked all clan groups and its fucking boring to find a clan. There are a lot of multiclaners, some players have like 10 clans and we cannot play against aussies...

 

yeah. this is the main thing i don't like about the current clan system. hopefully the new in-game system will be much better. i hope to see options for clans seeking members and players seeking clans. like a "seeking flag" for players or a "recruiting" section for clans... i don't know, i really want to get into competitive play but i don't even know where to start.
