Public Australian Server(s)

I am far from rich, this is quite a large chunk of money out of my pocket, server renting alone is $40+ not to mention the cost of a game (prize) is 60-90 Dollars, and all that in one month and we're excluding weekly prizes, also remembering I make no money out of this, so it is a complete 100% loss of profit. ^_^

I am sponsoring my own server, because I for one, would have loved if someone else had done this. I feel I'm promoting competition and regular play for a worthwhile achievement and hey, bragging rights are good, but winning something makes it all that much sweeter. It seems that you're upset with the recent changes and just want to slander my name/server.

As for copyright, adding a (c) and claiming copyright, does not actually make it copyright protected. Now please, if you don't have any legitimate complaints about the server, take your insults and whining somewhere else.

 

Beast is already back friend, if your admin application hasn't been answered and this goes to all admin applications that haven't been answered, it either means A) You are not getting an Admin position B) We will be keeping your application until a later time to pass judgement again.

Either way, we both hate telling you "No", but we want each and every applicant to know we appreciate you taking the time to apply for an admin position on our server :3

We've been having some problems with the recent upgrade on the server, I've had a fiddle with it and I guess it may be running :D but I can't confirm this.

worst case, I'll have it back up tonight, but the stats might not update at least for a little while :3

Hi guys,

Just a status update, unfortunately due to a HDD failure on the CTF server, all the prior stats have been lost. :( No backups were kept and unfortunately the HDD could not be recovered... however in the future I will be sure to keep backups.

Ruleral, seeing as you were in the lead, you win the "Monthly Prize" PM me for moar details.

He really isn't that bad, I guess he just felt/feels as if I am trying to steal his thunder. I've played on his/lava's server and it really is awesome, much better than mine :)

Yes, there is moar prizes :D Also as you were runner up, you can have whatever ruleral doesn't pick :D Any suggestions for the next prize? :) I want to have runners up prizes as well - something of a lesser prize, but something still decent.


So what are you guys interested in? Here's some things I've been kicking around in my head:

- T-Shirts, custom made KAG t-shirts, perhaps with the server name/kag logo and the winners name on the back?
- New release games on steam/xbox <- Whatever your preference is.
- VIP slots on the server (what features could VIP have that would make it worthwhile being a VIP/how long does one hold the VIP title?)
- Access to a private server for you and your clan for one week, with your requested configs/settings)

And that is really all I've thought about. I really need some ideas for smaller prizes (weekly prizes) but keep in mind, I don't want too go broke XD

Also note the HDD has been replaced, but I am taking my time putting the server back up. I've been making a new map rotation, all with my own maps :)

Would you prefer some of the generated maps as well?
