FFS.... when there are no admins on popular servers....

Is it possible to autofreeze griefers for x amount of time for a certain amount of blocks? Like 10 blocks, auto freeze for 30 sec (so we know who did it, and so that we stop em)? If it isn't yet, do we know if it will be possible with scripts?

Just got votekicked from action (when no mods were on), because I tried repairing a tower while someone else was attempting to grief it. I failed, sadly, (not sure how he broke things that fast...), and then was votekicked for saying "Who the fuck griefed our tower while I was fixing it (it covered the entire Y axis and no doors, you had to climb the whole thing, so I was adding a door halfway up)?" I explained, then said someone was breaking while I tried to fix it. And then someone shouted "KCIK DOVAH" (my clantag was Dovah at the time), and then, bam, 3 votes. WTF NUBS

I hate bads. Esp when the one who is griefing (likely) votekicks someone, and then scapegoats 'em. Ugh.

TL;DR See first paragraph for suggestion, basically I was kicked because I was votekicked by the griefer, while I tried to explain WTF happened. And no Admins/reputable peeps to vouch for me.

 

Why are you making a thread? Go complain on the action server thread, not make a damn thread. Also, about admins not being on populated servers, people have LIVES. They can't moderate a server 24/7. Now stfu.

My MAIN question is whether it is possible to script autofreezing for large griefs. That wear off after a set time.

This is not restricted one server; and it has happened on multiple. Not to beat the dead horse that is the guard discussion, but I just had an idea that might help with grief problems (which I think there have been more of as of late).

 

It wouldn't work. If you collapsed an enemy tower, you would get frozen. Just leave it alone.

 

That's an answer. Thank you. I didn't know if it was possible to assign teams to blocks (I know that it's possible to view who placed/removed blocks, or at least that's what I've understood to be the case).
