I think it may hit and may somehow be better than WoW.

oh look another third generation mmo, which wow is the master of.

classbased questdriven mmo with no real time combat? elder scrolls game but not a sandbox?

 

They better not do what WoW did to the Warcraft series, and prevent any more Elder Scrolls games to come out.

I'm still waiting for Warcraft 4.

 

Actually Bethesda is updating Skyrim as always,
Like now they have the new story "Dragonborn" :)

Anyways: I Agree with that!
Blizzard should make Warcraft 4 :)

People tend to think of this game as an online version of skyrim/oblivion or morrowwind. It's not going to be. It is just going to be a shitty WoW clone, that uses the background of the elder scrolls. The combat will be as 'good' as WoW and the gameplay even shitter. Ever heard of Lord of the rings online? Nuff said

Online = crap with microtransactions, mostly that word also means "this game will be/is shit".

It could be, but the signs aren't convincing. :P
Besides, I wont play it even if it IS good. Unless it is radically different from nearly every MMO out there, it'll take far to much time for me.

 

Yah I'm kinda tired on some of the MMOs version like click to auto attack or it's gameplay culture being repeated again and again.
What I'll like is
Great Story plus great gameplay or the "not traditional gameplay"
like what I said earlier...,
And I get easily bored to those kind of MMOs.

 

As long as its action oriented and not targeting like every other damn mmo in existence I'll be getting it.

Ugh.. All they had to do was make elder scrolls in an online world and it could've been one of the best mmo's. Now its just like all the other ones. Oh well there goes another game that had promise. Probably only for really good computers but still it could have worked.

 

i was excited, now i am sad ,they will ruin the saga if they make another generic mmo (auto-attack) but my hopes will not die i hope they do a good game

 

What they should have done, is made a new Elder Scrolls game, then put Multiplayer into it.
Like Hammerfell. An Elder Scrolls game made in Hammerfell would be awesome.
Especially with small multiplayer lobbies, of like, eight people. Would've been amazing.

 

I don't think so, the gameplay is like skyrim, NOT AUTOATTACK, that's what I know .
I hope it won't be like that Auto-attack thingy.
