What's the point of a sandbox server that doesn't let you save maps?

 

It's impossible to give someone a map save feature without giving him the whole editor.
You can always ask an admin to save it. (If there is one online )

 

Everyone can open console ([HOME] button) and write /savebitmap NameOfMap
And you have it.

 

Is there a way to directly kick/ban a griefer? It would be nice.

 

What do you mean? Admins can ban griefers if they see fit to do so but standard users cant. If it were possible for anyone to kick people it would be a nightmare, some people would kick other players just because they said their house was rubbish or built something they didnt liike.

 

There you have a point, it would be terrible when everybody gets kick access. But there are people who constantly spams stone, spikes, gold etc. And then nobody helps with votekick them.

 

Bitmap doesn't save everything but better than nothing. This tip should probably be put into the OP.

 

You want a .kag map? .kag maps save workshop and items etc.
/rcon savemap [name] (instead of savebitmap)
Not sure if it works for non-admins aswell...

I know with bitmap it's not saving everything but bitmap is easier for people who aren't very into this stuff.

 

I builded hotel with two people and it was griefed by: joohopark,Grox778 and xcronic1.Please ban them because they grief all time and spam stone,spikes and gold.
And one question:
How i can be admin on this server?:)

 

A few days ago, someone filled the map with stone blocks [I know right?!?] and I was banned: Undefined for a half-hour for trying to make building space. [not really griefing is it?, trying to make a map usable again?]

I thought that was fine, as I was granted access again soon, but there were no admins on at the time I was banned ._.

 

This is the current state of the server. Bunch of c**k sucking a******s who kick without proper reason.
Situation is: i joined to build something. Some guy took half of the map and built dicks everywhere. I took "his" part of dicks on the right part of the map. I startet building a tower when suddenly dick guy 0M0H Vidzor starts griefing my tower and screaming i was "griefing" his precious dicks. But because people suck eachothers c***s and the guy suck plenty apperantly, he convinced others that i have "griefed" his dicks and so have me kicked. Also this type of shit happens way too often.
I would like to see better moderation of this server because its pretty major and its simply too great to be overwhelmed with assholes and griefers. Not to talk about admin abuse...

I also apply for a moderator.

tip for server: make the map big and split it in half where the one side will be standard building and the other for colapsing/shit building/griefing
