Crashes once .exe is clicked

I click the .exe to run the game, it comes up with a cmd window in the background and a black screen which after 1 second comes up with a crash report.

Any ideas on how to fix

Ah thanks my laptop is messed up in windows 8 has two driver options Intel Hd graphics and Intel Hd graphics Microsoft thing :D thanks
