    Hi ,i live in tunisia, no paypal and no credit, and the zong thinny doesn't work for tunisia :\ i tried to speak with some moderators and they told me it's be soon available in tunisia, but that was like 2 months now and it's still nothing :\ so can anyone tell me a specific date please?

    PayPal DOESNT have to be connected with your credit card. You can transfer money to PayPal with a single bank transfer. Google for such service in your language (but BEWARE OF FRAUDERS), because this is country-specific service.
