KAG stop working ?!?!?!

    My kag stopped working about a week ago, i have been avoiding having to get help, i have wiped it from my computer, reinstalled, i have done everything i can, it just wont work
    someone help me please:QQ:

    Have you downloaded anything which contains a virus? This somethimes is able to make files unresponsive. If so, you will have to wipe your computer, not the game. Send a screenshot if able.

    Make sure you HAVE wiped KAG.
    search c:\ for "kag" after uninstall/delete to make sure.

    i wiped it again, now when i open it up and go on servers, there are no servers with no players online it says
    and when i open the launcher, it says the news isnt avaliable?

    You didn't wipe it correctly then. Uninstall kag, delete the remaining folder and then reinstall kag.

    Look, this has happened to someone I know before, if the servers are not showing up you must have something blocking the connections. Read my first post. You might have wipe your whole computer, not the game.
    Run a virus scan across your computer and wipe the errors. If you do not have any professional virus protection software. You will have to completely reboot your whole computer like I have said like three times now. Save any files you want to keep secure before you proceed in doing this.

    You may be right, but I just recently had this exact problem. Searching 'kag' rooted out all the embedded files including the windows error logs. Deleting everything kag related, re-downloading kag, reinstalling fixed it 100%.

    Make sure all the remaining kag files after you've deleted the actual game are fully deleted. Also it could be one of your pc settings blocking it. If not any of the above you might have to fully reboot your pc and only save some of the really important files. That should work. If not you might have to pm the makers of kag. :(

    okay, thanks for all the help guys, im gonna go try wipe it again and see how that goes, I don't know what im gonna do if it doesn't work though, im not wiping my laptop, i will end up forgetting to save something important then regret it later :P

    You dont have to wipe your entire laptop, just the folder KAG is installed at ;)
