Still cant do it,even after spending 20 minutes jumping around.Lame.

 

It's pretty much just the regular slash vault, after a block vault.
Just time it so you slash vault a little before the top of your block vault.

 

Good vid but you do need to explain it... This vid would leave most newbie's thinking: 'waaaa?'

 

Hold slash-when complete (gold circle) push off a 1x high block..
NOTE:Slash while in mid-air!

Nah,it isn't hard,you just need to practice :)

 

I just need to found the timing ^^.

 

I absolutely love doing this when a builder on the other team makes a 5 block high wall in my face, then stands on top of it laughing, and then just slash vaulting up and killing him.. this is usually against a newer member of KAG who is unaware of this technique, and they often proceed to call me a hacker..

i can do this but its really hard. usually i have to slash and impale my self on a corner then launch up

 

It'll be easiest for you guys 3 blocks away. You have to swivel in midair if too close :)

 

Just keep practicing and you will be able to do it fluently. No matter how far away it is. Once you get it fluently then its easy. I just practiced it and now I can do it easily.

 

ye this is one of the hrdest jump in kag at the moment imo

 

There's a LOT harder ones. Parkour is a bit tricky at times.

 

slash vaulting is really hard when you have to do it off a block that is not directly placed on a block.
tip: finish your slash as you hit the wall, that makes me do 90% of the time

 

If you time it right, you can get up...






By vaulting off the back-walled part and then slashing off of that. Takes a long time.

Heres the video. Sorry about the last one. The recorder froze for some reason so I couldnt do it. The Video shows just some of the many types of 5 tile slash/vaults. The last 2 take a bit more skill and practice. Oh and this was recorded on: Australian Practice Server (Ask Kai for the password)
