I remember when I first heard that cover of Holy Diver I debated with myself whether I liked it or not. I think that for the most part it's great but I just don't like screaming in general and that bit ruins the whole song for me. Otherwise I would rate it even higher than the original.

Vidar: Hah that reminds me, Carver really loves Tyler, The Creator and has also mentioned Toro Y Moi on a couple of incidences.

    Another good She song:

The Japanese feels a little pretentious but I enjoy the signature She groove.

Daft Punk needs to release a full song from their new album that comes on the 16th of May already! Been playing this on repeat for hours upon hours now. It is a loop of a 15-20 seconds long clip from their promo.

    So effin' good!

Just started to get into this band after meaning to listen to them for ages.
They're a modern Swedish Prog band so I have no idea what he's singing about but their songs don't really need vocals since they're full of heavy psychedelic goodness, so here's an instrumental.

Here's another band I've never got around to listening to until now.

Poked around for a bit and have yet to see a single acoustic/folk song (except Neutral Milk Hotel, but that was probably posted ironically). Sorta disappointed and stuff.

Cap on 5 medias per post. Crap.

This song has gotten me out of the deepest of dumps. Indie pop rock sorta has that tendency, but this one stands out as one of my favorites.
