Debian 6 isn't supported by KAG Beta, upgrade to Debian 7.
    for the record

Looks like you either don't own the location you're running it from, or you're running it from some folder outside of its normal location.
Make sure you have two fully separately unpacked "installs" of the server. You can't run them at the same time from the same location, because they use parts of the filesystem for logging and scratch. Also ensure that they're on different ports, as that's the other usual startup issue (gives a "cant open port" or "cant start server" error).

Updating wouldn't hurt though for future-proofing's sake.

    Best dev
Basicly it´s kagbeta-linux32-dedicated.tar.gz from the site, so by starting the server it´d update.

Also nice that you´re supporting Debian 6! Keep up the good work

Haha, I meant updating your distro but either way we've got to keep support for the older ones because of all the legacy hosts we have. people are still hosting on centos and stuff, so debian is one of the nicer out of date distros.

Found the issue then? Missing chown?

Basicly my ftp client is logged in as root (because easier for stuff ofc), so with my first server I untar´d with CLI (which is just a normal user) and with the next ones with built-in ftp command which made root owner of the folder (except of my normal user, which indeed wasn´t owner of the folder).
