1)Storage in CTF for resources. (Maybe that can be taken over by enemies? or plundered somehow so that you have to think about how you want to defend it)
2)Red Bodies not activating blue mines and vice versa (super annoying and why buy a keg when you can just do this?)
    3) Buff on archers.. My suggestion is one more heart.. 3 hearts would be perfect. I hate tripping and dying to fall damage -.-
    4) Maybe a buff on the life of platforms to make them more viable for traps. Nothing worse than taking the time to fill a river with downward facing platforms and trap blocks over them and then they only trap one knight and are completely destroyed afterwards.
    5) Im not sure if its just me but it is almost impossible to alt+tab out of the game.. I do it and then if I click on anything it takes me back into the game... Idk if thats you guys or what but that would be a nice fix.
6)The ability to build wheels on siege weapons again?
7)Leave bans up to the player that owns the server. No global bans from all servers unless someone is hacking..

    Thanks,
    -Swift

I'd honestly prefer team bridges replace both trap blocks and wood platforms, or just be added in extra to vanilla kag. Team bridges were the shit back in classic.

Yeah, we should make them take like, 20 hits from knights before they are destroyed, and regenerate health when they aren't being attacked. In fact, while we're at it, why don't we make them invulnerable to bombs and kegs as well? Nothing better than a single builder throwing up a structure in a minute or two that causes a stalemate that lasts for hours!

Klok is right, we should just get team bridges back, that way enemies can't break them when they're close anyway, and builders will be forced to build walls that their team can only get through if they put some fricken doors in, rather than these cheap one way things.

Whoa alpaca, no need for that hostility. He has a point, they're very easily breakable when made as a trap and I agree. That being said, people who make traps are clearly minecrafters and should be learning how to make more effective structures rather than slapping saw traps or spike pits or drown traps everywhere.

It's like in one of my LP videos when that moron builder was just slapping reversed platforms underwater and his teammates kept falling in. The weakness of those platforms made them escapable which is good, otherwise holy shit griefers would have the most amazing weapon ever at their disposal.

no hostility intended, just lots of sarcasm. I know that trap bridges are very easily breakable, but I also believe that they should be; kag already has enough factors pushing games towards stalemates and op stalemate breaking weapons, I don't want another one introduced.

My suggestion to Aphelion for his fortress game mode was to implement Team Bridges (Skinney style) for 50 wood and make wood platforms cost 20 wood and wood doors cost 50wood as well. There's still plenty of utility for rotated wood platforms this way,but also utility for team bridges too!

Trap blocks just suck entirely though.

trap blocks are pathetic. It's like the way back when kag when you couldn't go down through your own teambridges, except even worse because trap blocks are incredibly easy to break.

I don't get why enemy knights ever break my team's trap blocks. They're free stone doors for the enemies to slash through. Leave them there noobs!

    Edit: Back on topic!

I want the respawn timer bug fixed. It's so aggravating.

and pls, it's one thing not to give free cam on death to avoid ppl using it to spy on enemy base, but wtf is with this horrible click and you suddenly have a random view of another hall thing? I honestly preferred the alpha still cam on death that would glitch out if your corpse got destroyed. Pls, either give free cam and restrict range to areas with friendly units, or give still cam of one spot. I don't want my screen to change every time i try to camera roam.

Id also like the map to only update when you have explored an area if at all possible. To me thats huge. Nothing worse than me protecting a builder for like 20 mins as he tunnels and then the enemy can watch the map update as he digs and know somethings going on and just keg the hole.

When dark tunnels were introduced back in alpha, you could still use the map to see tunnelers, right?

Also two more things would be not allowing red players to resupply from blue players bases and vice versa on ctf and maybe not allowing them to buy items from class shops in ctf too.

that would be horrible. It's bad enough that you can't change classes at opposing team's tent, which I want fixed, btw.

In your opinon, is what you meant to say. And No it would not in my opinon. Why should allied buildings support the enemy. That is counter productive.

Because otherwise games would take forever. If the other team is in your base, then you're probably about to lose. That's the way it should be. We take your base, you lose. If we take your base and suddenly we can't use any of your shops, then we're gonna run out of supplies, and you're gonna be able to force us out really easily. If what you are saying you want is implemented, then anyone can just force a stalemate by building a ton of stone around their flag, and the other team won't be able to hold your base long enough to dig it out. And don't say "oh, you should be expected to grab 10 kegs and deliver each one point blank to the tower," because any competent player can stop a keg from a mile away.

Ok well just because you double bomb jump into my base does not mean you have taken my base. It is not hard for a builder to tunnel through stone and no you cannot just cover it in stone because stone is super valuable in ctf. The maps already have 50% less stone and then you got that one idiot on every team that buys a drill reducing your stone down to 25% in a game. Not to mention most maps have at least 2 flags so you have to split the stone up. So you're splitting 25% stone between two objectives. Takes like one keg. I've never had a stalemate due to not being able to buy from enemy shops lol Any good builder will be trying to get in anyways so if you take the enemy base your builder shouldve laddered his way to the flag and been breaching it by then. Most stalemates from what I have seen in this game are from a lack of teamwork and too many builders playing a sandbox style gameplay instead of a "Hey lets win and get the flag" style of gameplay. We need some kind of leaderboards, in my opinion, to make the games much more meaningful when you win. Or maybe some kind of in game currency you can earn to buy different heads, different bodies, didnt bows and swords and colored pickaxes. These kinds of customizations and leaderboards would make users that much more prone to wanting to win and win quickly which would reduce the sandboxing and promote more tactical play which would reduce the amount of stalemates you see in a game. Merry Christmas everyone!

stopped reading halfway through the wall of text. Use multiple paragraphs next time, please. Yes, you can bring a builder to dig through the stone, but builders are even easier to stop than kegs. It takes a single knight on the opposing team to jump into an entire hoard of your knights; he'll die, but as long as he kills that squishy builder first, you're all useless. If he has a bomb, he doesn't even have to risk his life, as long as he knows how to aim, that builder can't come within 30 blocks of your tower.

If someone gets into your base, and is there long enough to use your shops, it's because you weren't good enough to stop them. If we take away every skill based feature in the game, then it would be entirely luck, and playing kag would be the same as watching pre-recorded games.

Stone isnt always used on flags. Most flag shields are more or less partially made of wood. The fact that drills take out less stone than using your pickaxe should be common knowledge as well.
I think most of everything mentioned up there.. should be pretty much common knowledge. If not... that's cause most of the players who dont know are Steam-kids.
    --- Double Post Merged, Dec 25, 2013, Original Post Date: Dec 25, 2013 ---

It actually takes several, depending on how fast the builders are able to repair. Two kegs + a few knights who're not in range of the blast. Why? Because of the other knights can take out the first... but if there's more knights tailing the second, they can rush ahead and take out the offending ones who took out the first keg carrier.
    --- Double Post Merged, Dec 25, 2013 ---
This is due to incompitence and stupidity of the other team. They didnt know how to play that well and were destroyed, or didnt have the best of builders and were defeated... Which happens sadly.
    --- Double Post Merged, Dec 25, 2013 ---
No, no leader boards, no TF2 style customization with fancy items you get from game currency... that's already been used... and it's kinda worthless as the Devs said long ago. I dont think it's wise to use this system for one reason.. the more advanced players would get the best shit first.. while us bums stay down here with some small items.. which due to the boom of Steam players... may discourage players of that type to not play cuz of all the TF2-ing everywhere... so yea.
