    If you activate the game on kag2d.com then you can get a steam code somewhat easily. Just log in, open the account panel (at the top of the page) and click 'Get your Steam Key' or something like that.

    From what I understand as to how it was set up by MM users won't be able to request the key from the panel using this code. They should though get the Steam key from the Humble Store.
