    Nah like a friend list where both ppl have to accept a request and then there could be a setting for profile like (Private) Friends only

    KAG's not a social network. Everyone should be able to talk to everyone. If you are spammed by a certain user, report him.
    There have been plans to integrate the forum follow list with KAG but I don't think that'll be added any time soon.
    If you want to play with friends I'd recommend you to get an IRC client and go to the same channel to chat with each other and arrange clanwars/friendly-dates.

    But enable sv_test first with /sv_test 1 in the console

    Not unless they're being used as part of a mod on a specific server. The unique heads can be used by their respective owners on any server.

    Well then I have a report of "hacking" 2 people were wearing Arcrave's head and another one(was like a american-indian chief hat) on 3 of the Australian servers hosted by Kai|Lava Corp. They were not admins(stated because you may know that there is a hat mod for admins on those servers).

    No sure if "hacking" or not but they are wearing dev hats...

    It isn't, unless there is a bug on the mod they shouldn't be able to.

    EDIT: apparently, it's a bug with the game. It'll be fixed in next version
