    In your gamemode script (probably Sumo.as), when you spawn a character, create a bomb item (mat_bombs), set the quantity to one and add it to his inventory.

    If you want it to work the same as in CTF, you can look at CTF_GiveSpawnItems.as for help. That script has a good example of giving materials to a character too.

    You can rent a cheap VPS for about 15USD/month, or talk with some server admins to try to get them to host it, I know the Australian hosts are often friendly about getting mods hosted if you work with them (@kaizokuroof @cameron1010 @lavalord ) and I know the SHARK guys have a box more or less sitting idle, so they'd be the ones I'd be looking at, but I have more contact with them than the EU folks.

    jrgp runs a server hosting company but I have no idea how/if he handles mods. @Downburst has done something similar but I'm not sure if that's still a thing, he can confirm I'm sure.
