Thanks Geti! Means a lot. I wanted to learn how to play guitar for three reasons.

    1. To learn some cool songs.

    2. To have something to mess around with in college.

    3. To teach my dad.

My dad has had a love for music since he was a kid. He never learned how to play, and now he has a disease where he is losing control over the left side of his body. The doctor told him there is no cure for it, but to slow the process, he should use his left side of his body as much as he can. So I want to learn guitar so I can teach him, so that he exercises his body to slow the speed at which he loses control. Plus, it is something he always has wanted to do. Soon he won't be able to do much, so now is the time for him to try to do the things hes always wanted to do. The sooner I get a OK level of experience, the sooner I can start teaching him.

There's a co-op mode to the game as well, I think. You just need a second cable. And guitar.

The second requirement there may be a little more problematic. :P

Yeah... I don't think I want to go through all the trouble again of how I got my guitar lol.

Oh. By the way. I got a 10 in. amp. Brand new. $10.

I work for a community service group called the Lions Club. They host a yard sale every weekend, Saturday 7-12. They got one of these in last Saturday. Still had the tag on it (no price though). They had it listed for $25, but they went down to $10 since I just got a guitar and I have done over 150 hours of community service with them.

    Thanks :D

Hes been a huge inspiration to me throughout my life. He also is the one who introduced me to the types of music I love. Classics like The Beatles, The Who, ACDC, Led Zep and then more modern stuff like The Black Keys. Teaching him guitar is something that I thought would show how much I appreciate all he has done for me.
