    Hi, I would like ask you if you can unban the player Sarkalest, he was hacked and so, the player who had taken my account to insult the moderating, speed-hacked, as well as and other motives.. It 's an gold account :/
    (He was banned for the multiples reasons)

    I wait for an answer please.

    His profile was hacked, he did not do any greifing/ speed hacking, and as its a go;d account he paid for something he can't use, prehaps a probation? I don't think its fair to not be able to play Kag premium because some asswipe can hack...

    Can't the administrators check the IP Sarkalest used when he was griefing? I think that way you can find out if he was really hacked, or is lying.

    Are you claiming that someone gained access to your account and used it without your knowledge? But you still have the password - they didn't change it?

    I am tempted to remove the ban but I would need you to login as Sarkalest and post in this forum - the ban is only for the game, you should be able to login on the forum with the same name and password.
