Forum Kouji Report of Abuse

So on Friday of this week, a thread entitled "Breaking of Fire Arrows", was deleted.

Why, you may ask, is that such a big deal? Well I will tell you. In the 480+ threads made in the suggestion category, this is the first ever. EVER. Thread I have seen deleted. Why you may ask? Well, it is because I insulted an admin who then listed his opinion which he thought would have unanimous backing but didn't.

You may think, "Oh man, it must have been so garbage of an idea then." Nah man. It had 50/50 support.

The only remaining question is... Wait for it... WHY?

Well I will tell you.

Badmins.

Badmins are a race of admins who get power hungry with the insignificant amount of power they actually have and abuse it. For. You see. I was once the biggest badmin of them all, which is why I know a badmin when I see one.

I'll make this short.

Now, that is deep in my past. I was 14-15 when I was made division leader of over 100 players on top of being an admin of 8 different CS:S servers, and moderator of 3 TF2 servers. Since then I dropped my balls and man'd up. Joined a new community. Boosted their TF2 servers up into the top 10 highest rated/played TF2 servers at the time. So I have changed quite a bit.

So to move on from that. I present you with this. A short list of threads that have problems wrong with them, some that were dealt with, some that weren't.

I didn't want to or think I needed to go through 19 more pages 20 threads a piece. Thats 380 threads. I went through 100 threads. Bringing the total amount of threads (not including the balance sub-category) to 480.

Because nearly every thread is just generally awful.

But why does any of this, you may ask. Well I will tell you. The threads found in this list and in the balance category are threads that have flame wars, stupid ideas, personal insults, off-topic disputes, or have ideas that have been already suggestion. However, they all have one thing in common. No matter how bad they got, and some go really bad, bad enough that I have gotten a week ban from them, NONE OF THEM GOT DELETED!

Boom. Fact Kick to the nuts.

So to TL;DR this shit up:

A thread that had 50/50 support was deleted. No thread, no matter how bad before it, has been deleted. At least as far as I know. I mean, I have been here for a year. I have made close to 40 threads. I have been banned for a week before of shit that went down in such threads. But those threads remain open or locked. Never deleted.

Now since all of that is pretty straight forward badmin material, I will move onto one specific part of it. Where Kouji says Geti was tired of arguing and just wanted it closed.

Read from page 14 to page 20. Included in tonight's selection is essay length responses to Bobotype in probably the worst fucking threads ever made by Geti.

Replies directed to likely one of the top 10 biggest trolls on these forums that were longer than this thread by Geti.

Tired of arguing my ass.

And to top it off, the topics were absolute shit. Unanimous support against bobotype. Yet, a thread with 50/50 support can't be bothered by a 2nd reply and has to be deleted? Damn. That makes a lot of sense.


So. To sum up everything in this thread.

I make a thread. I insult an admin after he insults me and puts down my idea. It receives 50/50 support. Geti responds once. I respond back. Thread is deleted because apparently "everyone" thought it was a bad idea and Geti didn't want to argue. The real reason, Kouji gets mad that when he lists his opinion that he thinks would be backed a 100% and doesn't. He gets even more mad when I insult him and on top of that, it starts gaining more and more support.

I then make this thread because of it. Thus ends my admin abuse report.

Now, what do you all think should be done? IMO, admins should not act this way. Attacking members. Causing problems. I haven't seen any other moderators do it besides Blueluigi.

Also, sorry if there is any misspelled words or improper grammar, it is a long ass thread and I put about a good 2 hours into research and making it all.

So why move threads that concern the public out of the public's view? Such as the fire arrow thread.

And why move that specific thread so that only mods+ can see it when there have been lots of threads that restated facts and were going no where before this one that didn't meet the same fate.

But this is so pointless, this will change nothing and kouji will continue to be an admin.

And honestly, is it that big of a fucking deal? Geti saw the post already so he has probably already decided whether or not he likes the idea.

Like really,you're saying someone who has been servicing the kag forums unpayed for years should be punished because they deleted ONE thread.

I know it takes a lot of work being a admin. I was one for 4 years, thats 2 years of running an entire division, admining CS:S, and moderating TF2, while also being a mod on the forums and then two years essentially being the backbone of populating servers for a community while also moderating it. But when I fucked up, I was at least warned.

And it isn't just the thread being done whatever with, it is the fact that there are a few admins who just don't follow the rules we have to. I got banned for a week because I flamed BlueLuigi back after he had been doing it to me. He wasn't punished at all when he started the entire mess and continued to muck it up.

The point of this is, just because you are an admin, doesn't mean you get to break the rules we have to follow. That includes what happened in this thread. Kouji insulting me. I insulting him back. People evenly agreeing with him and I. And then him sweeping it under the rug because it hurt his ego the tiniest bit.

What rustles my jimies is just how when anyone fucks up, they take 0 blame for it, especially admins such as kouji.

 

The suggestion (breaking fire arrows) was made since, right now, there is no logical/easier way to break the arrows.
That is a legitimate problem right now, and, as said by Dupolas, there have been dumber threads suggested.

I have also gathered that Kouji doesn't seem to degrade and insult just anyone, that Dupolas is special.
If you have bad blood with someone, @Kouji , you should avoid them, not get into petty disputes with said person.
That is a job of an Admin, or any person in a seat of power/staff.
You should've been well aware of this before you took up this rank.
And technically, since you seem to just dislike Dupolas and treat him like something to squash under your boot, not worth anything to the community, you're insulting could be considered abuse.

 

wow, how wrong you are in that sense. kouji doesn't look for reasons to insult duplolas alone, but to be honest, duplolas has a pretty bad record within some groups in the forums just for his loads of suggestion threads that seem more like rants. the fire arrow discussion was discussed in testing, geti disagreed, end of point, thread removed.

reminds me of when @Ej called some kid a shitter because of him being bad and that resulted in him making some huge steam discussion about how Ej was badmin incarnate.
