    As if that wasn't already the case ::D:

    I've been keeping in touch with some people who developed a script to auto-kick new accounts made after a set date, and the test run went perfectly. New alts of hackers won't be an issue ^_^

    Why not? Most of us hardcore classic players see the flaws of Beta and abstain from it.

    The flaws of beta? what?

    it's entirely possible to recreate classic within beta, which i've made some progress on doing, but it's going to take some time and a lot of effort for one person to emulate every quirk from classic. beta is superior because WE can modify it to be exactly how WE want it to be.

    also, pay-wall is the ultimate anti-hack.

    Re: the guy unbanning himself, banning everyone on server and so on, I've got a feeling he might be using poorly configured TCP rcon connections that are open for kscript and the like - would explain why we're not seeing it at all in release and why he's able to unban without joining again. Please encourage admins that are using kscript and related mods to set strong rcon passwords or prevent external tcp connections on the port they've chosen.

    @master4523 script is actually good, but it kick new players who arent hackers aswell.
    so its like using script and not using it are going to same way...

    I don't see how "using script and not using it" is the same. The whole point of that mod is to prevent potential hackers by blocking new accounts, until we figure out a better way to stop the editor hacker. (maybe a globally synchronized blacklist maintainted by the community).
    I know it's a bit unfair for some legit players but again it's a temporary workaround until we find a better fix, and they can still play on non-blocked servers if they want to try the game. Then, if they like it and buy it, they'll be able to join oldfag servers.
    No matter the registration date, if you're premium, you can join those servers.

    Oh, and as a bonus feature, it also blocks Vanguarde's alts, yay!
