    Paint is kinda crap - not hotkeys. Photoshop or Gimp (with photoshop hotkeys, natch), that's the way to go for mapping ;)

    So what exactly happened with bombs spawning on archers and arrows on knights?
    If the point is preventing bombspamming at the beginning then I get that but it's actually more frustrating to see archers throw their bombs out and spawning as knights to get them at the beginning of the round.
    Most of the time, one team does that while the other doesn't- I personally for example don't do it as I doubt it's intended to be able to do that, but w/e- which leads to an unbalance in pretty much every match.

    I like no bombs very much, though spawning as an archer and then switching to knight might create some balance issues.

    If the random class changing was fixed, and archers would lose their bomb if they go knight, (maybe couldn't drop it either) there wouldn't be a problem. This or that way, I think that knights should receive no bombs in spawn. It has led to much more interesting swordfights, and there is no terrible random bomb spam anymore.

    I kinda dislike not having bombs, archers usually die last because they're hiding behind knights, and even when I kill them there's a big fat chance my teammate will steal the bomb immideatly.

    The reason bombs were taken out is probably because people spam it immideatly and loads-a-people jump into it. But it's so easy to survive the initial spam of bombs, just dont rush the middle, or hide behind something. I can survive it almost every time, and I don't use tricks to do so either..

    I really want bombs back, because I often end up having to fight versus some guy who is camping on a higher position, where I can't jump to without risking taking heavy damage first. Or when an arching is hiding ontop of a block where Knights can't reach. I also really need bombs to win when I'm outnumbered, it's the best remedy against a pack of mindless slash/stab spammers.

    An ideal fix would be that you get bombs immideatly for every kill you do, or if you manage to survive the last round. But I know that's currently not possible. :(

    But untill it is, I'd rather just have 1 bomb at the start.

    To the people who posted maps here, we do have a map forum, its HERE I tried to find one of your maps which is sorta broken (Zazous) to comment on the probs. Please make proper reposts in the map section, so much easier to discuss it over there.

    Can we have a list of all the maps that are in it?

    But off the top of my head:
    Goldrush- too small.
    Abyss- If you're not going to give knights bombs its way too easy to camp.
    One of the Trick Rooms- I like it but two is too much.
    Old Ruins- I almost like it but it's kinda boring and its too easy to run away.
    The Final Countdown- Boring and the map always falls apart.
    Airbound Ruins- redundant with Forgotten Ruins

    Also I would really like bombs back.

    @Shad now this only needs to go in the OP for everyone to see :) + links to the respective threads in the map forum, but thats not really that important, just adds to general laziness (with the name its really easy to find them)

    Small things:
    "A Map where you fall down" => Skydive (he renamed it)
    "Geti's Clusterfuck Hill" => CF Hill, he once said that he rather not have such a crass name (clusterfuck)
    Geti's bigger map witht he bridges (the second map he made) => Lazylands (mentioned in IRC)

    Half the maps Geti gave me to try out from some of you all had random giberish for names like fdafjkd. I tried to turn them into words the best I can.

    Haha, that's a quirk of imgur's hosting, not the filename. Absolutely all the maps I've posted here have originally been titled "autosave.png" and been scribbled together in photoshop or GIMP.

    Shad, the much smaller maps don't work, some of the quirkier maps get old the 20th time (anything with falling or a giant collapse, really :/.) Brickfall is always legit though, I think it's the most TDM map we have, actually.

    I think you need to decide whether you want this to be a big or a small server and then just cull accordingly. I'm sure other maps will find hosts.

    Hey guys it took me like 15 minutes to put together that list, y'all better use it.

    My opinions in short:

    Abyss - Take it out. Camping the ladders is way too easy without bombs.
    Sad Stone - A little macroscopic for my tastes but its grown on me.
    Fee Fi Fo Fum - I don't think the beanstalks add much but not a bad map inside.
    Ruined Temple - A little cramped and it's little too easy to run away but it's pretty decent.
    Forgotten Ruins - Kinda messy but decent gameplay wise
    Little Sky Island - Take it out. Too small and the holes are tedious. It's ok for like 2v2 but I wouldn't miss it if it went.
    Old Ruins - Take it out. Ugly, not really much thought put into the design
    Geti's The Map x 2 - Good. This map gives me a massive boner.
    Unknown - Same problems as Sad Stone but it's ok.
    Oldlands - Good. Boring but it manages to not have too many problems.
    That one with the spikes everywhere and the pit and the stone walkways - Solid fun map.
    Brickfall - Good. Good map.
    The Final Countdown - Take it out. Boring and it breaks every game.
    Sidefort - It's alright but I think it could use some work.
    Skydive - Alright but it gets a little hard with lag and people bumping into you. Thiel is working on it.
    Geti's Bridge - Good. Solid map. A little too easy to camp the spawns though.
    Goldrush - Take it out. Way too small for this gamemode.
    Trick Room - Good. Good novelty map.
    Trick Room Variation - Take it out. We only need one.
    Citadel - Good. A little cramped and the bottom is a little redundant though; no one goes there. But all in all a highly likeable map.
    Airbound Ruins - Take it out. Redundant with Forgotten Ruins.
    Castle Crush - Good. Fun novelty map with some solid gameplay.
    Balls of Steel - It's ok. The cata makes it fun. I wouldn't miss it if it went though.
    Hyrule Temple - A little awkward but its also got some fun elements.
    Exposed Temple - Good. Good solid map.
    Get's CF Hill x 2 -Take it out. Too small; it ends up being a CF every game.
