Kinda (edit: extremely*(where did the strikethrough text option go btw)) cheesy as fuck but there's some great (edit: interesting*) snippets in there.

Yo, son! It is Army of Darkness! The Evil Dead trilogy has to be my favorite of all time, the way the series goes from cereal horror to slapstick, fucking amazing. Can't forget about the chainsaw that is mounted to his arm either!

    Edit: Groovy

^That stuff is oddly soothing, never heard about it until now.

    ----

    The Luv(sic) hexalogy.

This is a collaboration between the Japanese hip-hop producer Nujabes, and rapper Shing02. The name is nothing more than wordplay I think:

    • Luv=Love
    • Sic=Latin for "thus was it written," originally used to show that a quote is transcripted exactly as it was found, and not an error by the transcriptor. So the misspelling of love is intentional
The first three parts were released, plans to develop three new songs were made. Shing02 proposed the idea to Nujabes that the new tracks should about discovery, loss, and reunion, in that order. Nujabes liked the idea.

Luv(sic) part 4 and 5 went into production.
Due to label issues, part 5 was released in December 2010, while part 4 wasn't released until June 2011. I imagine this was due to the passing of Nujabes in February 2010.

Shing02 took it upon himself to finish the material as a form of tribute. Luv(sic) part 6 which is the end of the series is such a beautiful closure, the beat that is can be heard in the track was found on Nujabes cellphone after his death by Shing02, titled "Luv(sic) grand finale."

Seba Jun, or Nujabes which is his artist name, was and still is my favorite music maker of all time. His music is so damn beautiful and never fails to put me in a good mood. Even if you don't like this sort of music, I just wanted to tell you this bit of the story.

If you do decide to listen to all six of them, which has been mixed together in the video above, I would recommend having the lyrics in front of you if hearing what is said is difficult. It really is quite beautiful. If anything, try and at least listen to part 6 that starts at 25:27, it's magical I tell you!

Edit: Other notable people that was involved in the production of this music is Hiroto Uyama, scratches by DJ Kou and DJ A-1, harp by Rebekah. Probably more people that I've missed or do not know about.

Awesome fucking song suggested to me by @Joiken.

If you enjoy La Dispute/mewithoutyou, I think you'll really like these guys.
