Fake Bomb/Keg

What about fake kegs bought on purpose, as trap baits for builders?

 

ok now I started agreeing with you ,if you could choose to buy fake bombs or kegs as a distraction ,this could be useful in the battlefield :) .

 

As much as I don't like this topic, it would probably be better if instead of 25% random dud, it were just 25% of the cost of the regular item..

Although it would be confusing... like for example, you may send out 4 kegs, 1 real one and 3 duds, and the real one gets lost in the chaos of combat. I suppose though, you could just make duds slashable (to the point of gibbing) or something so that you can slash your way in to find the real one.

I don't know why I don't like this idea, but I don't. I guess it's just the thought of spammed purchase of fake kegs cluttering up spawn.

 

I remember someone suggested to me for my mod to have fake kegs that you could hide in.

Then when you were not crouching your legs would stick out at the bottom and you could hop towards the enemy when no one is looking.




Probably not suited for vanilla content though.

 

I like that idea too.
Would be great, when u are buy fake bomb or keg for distracting enemy troops, while there targeting on keg, but didnt see a real problem.

get the fake keg put someone in it with a fake keg and put someone in that one has a real keg in it so the enemy would be confused until the real keg came out. it would be like those little Matryoshka doll (nesting doll) with kegs

Would be a bad idea. Really, spending 120 coins on a keg and throwing it down on some enemies, finding that it didn't blow.

Still love that hidding keg idea.

 

Ive changing F.A.Q about it, i like the idea that in shops sells fake bombs or kegs that u can distract enemies.

 

because it could distract enemies and make them run away, sounds useful for pushing.

 

But the false bomb would be cheaper and souly for that purpose.

Honestly I wouldn't want these added just saying why it would be useful.

 

I think the fake keg that you could buy and hide a person in sounds like a great idea. This game needs a trojan horse

 

Again, Fake Keg/Bomb can be used for distracting and its useful in battle.
enemy cannot really know whats real or fake, like theres 20 kegs, 1 real other is fakes.
also decoys useful in different strategies

 

I don't know,wouldn't that mean more bombs and kegs spam? (spamming them will cause much LAG) which means ruining the gaming experience in KAG? (>_<)

 

gaming experience in KAG is already ruined and a few more pretty much always inactive blobs won't cause much more lag
also not 19 fake and 1 real, that ratio is pretty badly chosen

 

Hmm... Maybe we can limit max of fake kegs, to 3 of them.
