Haha, well mainly because I ran out of time and wanted to move onto other thingies : P And also I get frustrated with how it looks, ditch it, then start a new piece, then repeat (it's a bad cycle).

I'm doing semi-professional work (not sure if this would even count as professional). Working on sumthing called NIKRA http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=46126.0 Most of the current art was made by the programmer, but now he wants an artist to take over so he can do more coding. Kind of sucks though since he doesn't want anything changed stylistically. The bush guy I posted a few days ago is for this.

This is an image my artist for my manga did (character only) and it was just a simple, not complete sketch at the time. So I took it, cleaned it up, colored it, and then made this promotional concept poster we plan to use when we start our Kickstarter.

The image is of the main character, and it was just a concept piece of him at that. The actual finished piece of him will be 100 times more badd ass than this.

Compression makes the trees look a bit funny, but you get the idea. What NIKRA is looking like with new assets that I made. Collaborator is re-writing everything, but it'll be worth it in the long run



Here's my partner's trees (1 - 3 row) and the newest trees which I made (last row). There are a lot of things I would like to fix with the trees, such as a lightsource hitting the outline, but that's the style that the doods wants.
