Signature rules.

To ensure more enthusiasm? By faking a like or an infraction? You wanna encourage the community to use the like-feature more or what's the purpose?
It actually was just a funny joke just like changing the avatar to Shadlington's face. But it gets old. And it makes it harder to actually see who likes something and who just shows up on someone's signature (even though he maybe completely disagrees with the content of a post).
Also it leads to likes not being something special which stand out while you scroll down a long thread if you see them every second post.

 

Well, imo it's to ensure more.. enthusiasm between people on the forums, like when, oh about 5-10 members mimicked Shadlington's avatar.

To be honest it's fairly easy to see when someone likes or doesn't like something. The only person we have emulated for likes is Noburu, and if you hover over his name and there's no link, it's a fake, doesn't seem hard to me. If you really want to ban them, then I guess we have to take them off...

 

Is my sig okay? It's no pictures just a bunch of words links. and I'll resize it or delete some if it's too big.

My signature was meant to hide from the users of the white backgrounded forum skin, Sorry if it hides from your eyes.

 

There really needs to be a hard limit to how much you can put in a signature.
I'm sure you may have noticed some very very large signatures around, both image size & resolution; and some filled to the brim with text.

I suggest maybe a signature height limit of 150pixels, including text.
Ensuring people don't have to keep asking if their sig is alright if there's a hard limit when making it.

 

A single line of text should be enough for everyone :P. We have profiles for announcements and advertising

 

I fixed mine now it fits in the box you created.

 

I will then make every post longer than my signature, so people do not get distracted by it. Sorry about that if it annoyed you.
