A strange bug nowadays

    This is the problem this is going for sometimes , this bug appears in some maps quite often now especially in the french server.

    This is the fault of map makers and also sometimes the generated maps. Spawns need to be placed on top of a dirt wall block at least one tile above the ground. The spawn also needs a good 5-6 blocks of open space above it.

    When a map first loads the spawn actually appears a bit higher than the designated spot and falls into position. If it cant it destroys blocks to make room and/or appears out of the intended position.

    You should notify the server owner by posting his server thread if he has one. Otherwise you will have to try and catch him in game.
