Flags should auto return after falling into void

    There have been instances where if the flag falls down the void, it sort of glitches around and if you get close enough to it, you can pick it back up and still cap it. I think it would make a lot of sense to just have it auto return when the position of the flag falls below the map's limit (basically into the void). Would love to hear your thoughts. I think this may be a glitch more than anything, but I'm unsure.

    This definitely needs to change. This thing gives two huge advantages to either side. To the side that lost the flag, if this thing happens and nobody thinks to pick the flag up, you essentially get a good 20-30 grace period to fix your flag up and commit to an all out attack, however for the team that got it if they decide to pick it up, they essentially get it back for free even though they're the team that made the huge mistake of dropping into the pit or falling into it. Another disadvantage it hosts to the losing flag team is that they can't stand on top of the flag to make it come back faster, as it's in an area that they can't really reach.

    It'd punish the team that was dumb and fell into the pit, but wouldn't reward the team who lost the flag either if it just immediately popped back into your flag case. I doubt it's a glitch though, as I have ALWAYS seen this happen when someone drops into a pit or throws the flag into a pit but i'm usually wrong when it comes to a lot of things, so who knows.

    In all honesty I never even knew you COULD retrieve the flag when it's in that weird void status, knowing that though this thing is insane and can be a super easy way for enemy archers to cheekily retrieve your flag. Say you're playing cerbero's rift and someone can't get back over to their teams side, but has your flag. Then, they get knocked into the pit. Your team exclaims a sigh of relief as they believe their beloved flag will be returned, but an enemy archer just crawls to the flag and manages to retrieve it. That's not really fair to me, the team that lost the flag did their best and managed to get the flag out of enemy hands and the game essentially hands them the one finger salute. In another scenario though, if the other team doesn't know about picking the flags out of pits then the team that lost it cries with joy at the fact that they've gotten a 20 second immunity to flag capturing.

    IMHO this system is made to prevent the *somewhatlikeflagcapping* by deleting flag with void, so its made unkillable in ANY means. Im not too good in programming, but void I think isn't something which is counted as blocks or stuff, but just the border blocks which are seen as black are coded to deal damage (/delete blobs), and to fix flag its probably needed to recode the void system so it reacts differently on blobs instead of instadeleting them, or make flags respawnble after getting destroyed w/ void

    I don't know how devs made it so the flag doesn't die once reaching the void, but in case 1 where they detect falling in void in the code to prevent the blob from dieing it's very easy to fix, in case 2 where it just was made invincible somehow, then it can get fixed with a dirty workaround.
