The picture is indeed not me, but it is close enough looking to me that I feel comfortable using it has a profile picture, and not having to worry about some weirdo walking up to me at night and saying things like "HI PEN" That shits happened before, and its weird, which is why I don't use Pictures of myself on the internet, rather just find one in the area of resemblance.
Between your name, the fact that you draw so much attention to your gender in posts and the evidence I provided above I highly doubt that you are even female. Regardless of your gender, I think it is unhealthy to browse those sorts of websites.
