Yeh. Technically doctors of the medical persuasion only hold Bachelor-level degrees, but having seen the shit my brother's had to wade through in the past 6 years of study makes me feel that doctors have more than earned their Dr., even if the level of tertiary qualification isn't on par with a PhD.
