In King Arthur's Gold, there are many different types of bans:

    Ping Ban
This happens when you have an unstable internet connection. If you receive one of these, they last for 5 minutes at a time, so please try reconnecting after 5 minutes if you find yourself banned. If you are consistently getting ping banned, there may be a few things you can do to fix it:
    • Try connecting to a server closer to you. If you live in the United States, you shouldn't try connecting to a European server.
    • Close any other applications that are using internet. These include Skype, Teamspeak, mumble, web browsers, and anything that is downloading (don't try updating another game as you're playing KAG.)
    • Try to get other people off of your network. Now don't be rude about this, both of you suffer if you're on the internet at the same time. Try to negotiate with the other people using your network to create a sort of time table where you both get equal internet usage.
    Kicks
Kicks happen when either someone on your team starts a votekick against you, or an admin kicks you. Kicks only last for 30 minutes. If you get kicked by a teammate either you were griefing, teamkilling, or spamming chat, or, the other person plainly doesn't like you. Is the latter okay? No, but only admins that are online at that moment can do something about it by cancelling the vote. Speaking of admins, if you get kicked by one of them, it probably means that it was your first offense, and you did something that was an honest mistake, but still bad enough that the admin couldn't just let you off with a warning.

    Bans
Bans can be anywhere from an hour long to eternity (depending on the server). If you receive a long term ban, it usually means that you were griefing, teamkilling, or just being a jerk to other players.

Before you try to appeal any bans you may have, please try reconnecting after 5 minutes, or after 30 minutes. This way it rules out the possibility that you were ping banned or kicked.

If you feel your ban was unjust, you can appeal it here on the forums.

https://forum.kag2d.com/forums/server-directory.95/ and here is where you can find the correct server thread, and appeal the ban there if it was a private server.
