Can't start up game

    Whenever I click play it crashes, I tried moving the KAG folder to my program files. Can anyone help?

    Also what OS version?

    If you have a crash notification press "what does this crash report contain" and "export" the crash files.

    Try simply re-installing KAG, see if that helps, if that doesn't...well you have to send the crash report. Buying gold should not ruin your account because it does nothing to your client, it just gives you more abilities to your account, and that is pretty much it.
