Back Story:he come from another land and dicided to start a new life in Curaw (so he could forget an horrible past)

Description:
Mr. Chaz haves a big green axe despite its size Mr. Chaz can use it very well
Mr. Chaz is a white man, with black hair and black eyes , he wears a top hat, he uses a fine wool shirt , blue shorts and black shoes
He likes to eat meat and mushrooms soup
He is a good person but likes to mess with things around
