I'm thinking of starting a massive kickstarter project campaign.

Now before I get into it, I'll explain it like this.

Think of an amusement park. Now think of it being a Zombie Survival Amusement Park of sorts. This is the simplistic version.

Now the idea is to get a massive amount of land and build small versions of cities, or big if the land permits. This will be the location of the "park", so to speak.

People will pay for their tickets which will pay for their Hotel and so many meals that they won't have to pay for. Now, this Hotel will be located in what we'd call the "Safezone". The Safezone is it's own "semi-city" in and of itself. This will have places for them to visit, part, drink, eat and so on.

The other city will be where the zombies and survivors will be at. To be a zombie they would need to register beforehand. Any who don't, are the people who survive. This all will be Laser Tag based, but a tad bit more advanced. Let me explain how.

Each "weapon" has it's own statistics. How far the laser will reach, how fast, wide and powerful it is, and such. Each body part will have it's own sensor, and each shot hit gives points, and depending on how good the shot is, points vary. It all goes on a card used to get Health, weapons, "Armor" and so on.

It'll last for 1 week, 2 or 3 times a year. Food will be stocked in random places all over the Infected City, like in stores and so on, and there will be safezones zombies aren't allowed to go into, whilst in the infected city. This way they are allowed to rest and eat in peace. Points are streamed over to a leaderboard in the safe city, over to massive TV's outside, and on other TV's on certain channels. They can bet on who'd win, lose and so on.

All Vehicles won't run, no gas and can't be taken apart. No tools will be IN this city, and all breaking stuff like glass would be bulletproof and basically soundproof so they can't break it and stab people. There will be trackers placed on every person, and BIG cameras outside. Plus people wondering around making sure everyone is safe.

There will also be laser based blunt weapons, too. The area it'll work in is based on how close to the enemy you are. Can have laser based chainsaws, machine guns, swords, bats, etc.

Points are used up like cash. But they can also be saved up year from year, and the top 5 LIVING people will be who wins prizes.

Also contributors who donate at a regular basis, will have Billboards placed up for ads in both cities, and can have "custom" weapons made. If those weapons are used in the "game", they get a small portion of the total earning at the end of the event.

If someone gets infected they can either join their zombie brethren, or go back to the safezone to relax. It's that simple. People who register for the Zombies, so many can register for runner zombies, or so CALLED "BOSS" zombies. Boss zombies have higher HP in their system, more strength in their system, and higher defense and possibly speed. Only so many can register for anything different than a regular slow, walking zombie. Plus those who register for it, will be made up to look as REAL as possible. Those who are infected after, can choose to get it done and join them later. Any building really tall, windows will only open so far, and roofs will be covered in heavy cages.

Anything else, like wood doors and such can be broken in return for HP. Any who's HP runs out 2 times (or once for zombies) will be escorted out if they refuse to leave on their own. That is where trackers come in handy.

So what do you think so far, and what would YOU do to better this idea? I already have a lot of friends loving the idea. This is something that has been BIG for years now. Zombies is a big, loved topic in the US and a good portion of the world for a bit, now.

Also I may have left stuff out without realizing it, and my friend will update me on any of that.

Not to be a downer, but this sounds unrealistically ambitious. Those who pose as "idea people", on the internet or otherwise, are usually incapable of actually pulling off their concept, regardless of how trivial it may be. Any business is a lot of work, I'm sure you're familiar with that fact, but imagine the logistical nightmare behind buying land, construction, contracting the invention and production of all these fancy electronics you have in mind; would you actually be able to do anything with a successful Kickstarter campaign? Do you earnestly believe as much? Would you be willing to compromise and scale down your expectations for the sake of making a concept reality? If the answer to any of that is negative, I'd let this go. Otherwise, all the support and power in the world to you.

Excuse me if my doubtful nature is uncalled for, but you have a history of being an "idea person" on this forum-the documentary, your website--, and poor execution of something this ambitious could ruin you.

All the stuff I have started, I still am doing. It's just placed out based on Priority. This being the major thing I'm working on right now. May it be I start it, or someone else starts it. I'm just getting everything about it placed together right now.

All I can say is injury lawsuits up the ass.
Not to mention kids missing, your every day rapist, people who overreact and bring their bear mace to spray all over zombies who get to close. And the homeless living inside the zambie city.
Pretty sure KS gets like 30% of the funds

There actually ARE real-life zombie simulations, use some google-fu and you should find some.
Not in dedicated parks, but seems epic.

Well for the injury lawsuits, we'd want to plan out having Security wander around to make sure things are okay, but also have them sign a waver stating we are not to be held responsible for any and all injuries that may occur during the event at any and all times. May it be Physical and/ or Mental, or otherwise.

Can't sue if they agree before hand and sign a statement including said "agreement".
