Issues taking screenshots (keep coming up black)

Im not really new but this has been bugging me so i take a screenshot and i know where the folder is but no screens are there :( and sometimes they are there but they are black please help? feeling like a noob might have missed something

 

oh so i cant take them in fullscreen? that sucks yeah i dont use the prnt screen i use f4 and i know because it makes the cool little sound haha but thanks bro do you think this will be fixed or what?

 

Just because you take it out of full screen doesn't mean it will work, go try it, report back with the results then you can be helped from there.

 

yeah the black screen only applies to fullscreen i tried diffrent resolutions also but nope i always get black in full and good screens when im not

 

If I remember correctly, black screenshots in other games were usually caused by difference of color palette (like, you have a native res of 1024x768x32 but the game uses 1024x768x16 instead)

 

Well how can i fix it? i still want to be in fullscreen i dont just a window cause i have dual monitors and i dont want the mouse going into the other screen when i aim on one side of the map
