So I started up kag today

I haven't been on months , Ive been busy the past week coding , frustrated and angry i needed a break. So i start up kag, and join the mole server. In the past I always played on this server, cause it was fun and the admins know how to be actual admins. Well so I joined tried to make some conversation and this happens!

 

so sad... :(

 

According to the MOLE server thread, Ricochet64 isn't a server administrator, and they aren't part of the volunteer staff either; I'm not quite sure what they meant, but I would imagine it was either a wistful reflection on your situation-having not played in a while, maybe he thought you'd have fun?-- or something malicious. Considering you were disconnected literally a second after he said that, perhaps it was just a very coincidentally timed pingkick? I don't know what the server's ping cap is, though, if they have one at all.

Regardless, I have trouble believing that they're personally responsible for what happened. Can you connect to the server now, or is the ban persistent?

 

Yeah i was able to get on an hour later , who knows , could of been a hacker , could have been terrible timing. The world may never know lol

 

I'd definitely pin it on a poorly timed lag-spike, then, but that is an interesting coincidence. Please post if something similar happens!

We do have a ping limit, and it does give a temp ban. That's probably what happened.

EDIT: Incidentally, we have a server thread. That's the place to go if you ever get banned again.
