Kicked from server???

I was playing a zombie fortress server i did not talk at all. i get a survivor and claim it mean while this stupid kid says that This computer is called "Fred" so he votes to kick for no reason at all and i get kicked.
There is a real flaw with this kick system and i think it should be Dealt with. i don't see the reason you can get kicked for doing something in the game that was made for playing the game!




New Kicked from server "trolling"

This is a role play server. Well ok, what went down was i was bomb jumping on to another races base, but on this server you cant attack for no reason. this person attacked me for trespassing. so i killed them. after this we got into abit of a fight (meaning i was doing what i was doing while these kids were raging). i keep at it everytime i die i bomb jump back onto there base. this is not breaking rules but the admin zee, said i was "trolling". how is sitting on a few pixel blocks "trolling". So these kids were swearing and calling me "Dickwad" so it continues on until i get kicked. what really annoys me about this is these kids were Breaking the rules to and there was no punishment.

What do you guys think?

 

wow I agree that was unfair for you to get kiked they should make it to where only admin can kik

It's kind of hard to fix something like that. If you remove it, you can't kick griefers. If you keep it, it can be abused by idiots like that or clans 'controling' a server by votekicking anyone who isn't a part of them.

 

well i would rather have a server with admins. if a server does not have admins who are dedicated to it whats to point? it will be overrun by griefers and abusers in no time at all.

Some servers are populated with losers who can't stand the thought of someone else not following their every order. Some of these servers also have a very low population count, so the losers don't really have to fear being kicked by other players on the server in retaliation, and feel they can get away with anything (and they basically can).

If you really want to see if you can get them in trouble for this, go post this on the server's thread in the server section of the forums. Anyway, just go to another server. The more populated ones are likely to have actual admins on them policing their servers.

And about your statement against votekicking, go to a non-premium team deathmatch server and just wait for a griefer to come. It's hard enough to kick them even with the votekick system, since most people don't care to vote, but without it the griefers could basically do their thing for hours until an admin shows up.

 

same feeling bro [brandon816] but its even more annoying when there a adimn just a few minutes ago one a highly poputlated server and POWER Rureral [adimn] so after playing a bit after the building fase [AIM] lexar put a skipe right where I landed to go and fight and he did it 2 me twice and some other people yest rureral did nothing probabl because he doesn't pay attenion to chat or he thinks i Want lexar banned anyway the match before that I called they were digger but no one cared and what does this have to do with the topic well its gonna be mentioned later anyways again a few mounths ago a person named builder26 griefed near spawn [no ops] and no one bothered to ban him and I had to leave for a little run around and i had to hope they banned him and now I will tell you what the one before the 2nd and last topic is for...NO ONE CARES ABOUT GRIEFERS AND TEAM KILLERS anyway this is off topic so anyway then again you said there a problem with the kick system so it sorta sits in

 

im sorry guys but im with maple on this one scince i was there and i asked ruler to kick him ,but nohe didnt even reply .i trust maple because we have played many games together and i beleive hes a good guy.this is obisly a misunderstandment and a failure of communication.imo kag needs more admins and a new kick system.i suggest there should be a team kill/spike team kill noticfication like there is on other servers.this will not erase the problem but will sertinly stop and discourage and uncertain greifers.

Ruleral is also a great guy and trustworthy, hard working guard. So please don't try and tarnish his name.

As to why this thread was created; This is something unfortunate that happens, when players abuse the votekick system. You can, however, report them on the forums like I did.
