    I saw this and wondered: Is it only in dev mode etc? Will there be any performance impact from this? Surely continually polling the files on disk will slow things down?

    I fear this will cuase more lag, even though it would be amazing for server like mine, when i do lots of maintance that requires server restarts :D

    This dynamic saving and loading is only intended for aiding the creation of custom scripts/texture packs/mods/etc, not for usage on full-blown servers during their uptime.
