"The authentication server may not be functioning properly"

    I created an account and I got this error. And I quote:
    "Authentication failed; the authentication server may not be functioning properly."

    if the problem persists blah blah
    Include the following details: E

    Also I added an exception in firewall and it didnt help. Also temporarily disabled anti virus and nothing.
