    Mr_NeL, this was in the [bhtp] Mainserver. Why have you posted this on the Action! Unlimited Server? Send it on the help>global bans (or something like that) ..not here. However having said this, guards tend to use this thread anyway so it is possible. There is a downside to your video. The writing is unclear/blurry. It's good that you managed to collect some evidence but please post it somewhere else other than here.

    5 mins ago I was playing at action unlimited and got banned just because getting some stone from a useless and annoying nazi sign. Can someone explain that to me? Is that considered griefing? I would say that building useless and annoying structures for team should be considered griefing.

    Okay, it's shit like this that gets me. It's one thing to be offended by swastikas. It's another to try and knock it down one time to take the piss out of whoever made it. Then you have to take it to the next level and constantly pick at the admin like a dried up scab. No wonder you were banned. I saw how many times you were frozen/warned. Don't say you didn't have any warning.

    I was not trying to piss out anyone, I was trying to recover our front tower by getting some stone from the nearest building, and that swastika was useless and annoying for our team. Look, I don't give a fuck about swastikas and political/religious shit in games, that's for underages, if I tried to destroy that single block it was only for building purposes (And I said that before I got banned), not because I got offended by nazis or I was trying to piss someone out.

    I'm sorry, but the whole, "I NEEDED STONE FROM THE ONE THING THE ADMIN TOLD ME NOT TO TOUCH" excuse is so tired and frankly, it's bullshit. There's stone fucking EVERYWHERE on the maps in the Action rotation. Find a better excuse.

    Rules considering 'Nazi signs' (Swastikas you fuckwit).

    I'm personally offended by Crosses, so here's the general rule, treat a Swastika the way you'd treat a Cross, because the way I see it they are equally as bad, however if I go around breaking down Crosses, people will get pissed.

    So here are some base rules incase that's not enough for your feeble mind:
    1)If it's in the WAY you can break it.
    2)You cannot break it simply because you do not agree with it.
    3)You cannot grief it or attempt to modify it simply because you do not agree with it.
    4)You CAN express your discontent
    5)You CAN'T be an annoying cunt who screams at everyone about it and gets indignant.
    6)You CAN ASK an admin to remove it
    7)You can NOT demand an admin to remove it.
    8)We will NOT ban people for making swastikas
    9)We WILL ban people for complaining CONSTANTLY about swastikas

    All the same rules apply to stars and crosses, as well as fucking Jewish stars (silly goyims)
