Important points bolded. First, he changes clan tag to xCUBE. Then he subtly griefs. I freeze him after a few players accuse him, he claims to have "only destroyed a trap bridge," and Brandon actually calls him out. He then leaves before I can officially ban him.

Hey i would like to point out your server has a really dickish admin by the name of Duke kalist. He banned about 4 people from blue team who were mining stone, looking for gold when he froze them and said "no tunneling under the base" and they wernt close to the base at, and me when i said that he was abusing his powers.

 

Someone seems a little bit MAD? No problem, I got used to it - the people who know better than you what you should do as a mod. First thing, before you start criticizing an admin, check the rules of the server in first place and try not to piss off him while you're doing it. You didn't. You stopped playing and started dumb shit talk that I'm slowing down our team because of freezing people and questioning my methods. Then, for your information I did ban 2 people not 4. But, of course, you know better, you have logs etc. One ban was for obvious griefing and the second was due to tunneling from base after 3 WARNINGS to stop it. Second thing, I was not abusing my powers, if you had read the rules you would knew it, but of course, once again, you didn't. Tunneling from base after few warnings to don't do it is a good reason to ban someone. And I didn't ban someone permamently but I did it for only one hour. But, of course, once again, you know better than me what I did and you have logs of rcon etc. Third thing, you NEVER tell mod what he should do it, that's because he's an admin not you and doing it and questioning his methods is a good reason to ban. But, once again, I didn't ban you for that. I have just muted you. And, the fourth thing - I told them to stop, and tell'em where they should look for gold, but they didn't listen and kept tunneling under our base. And later, we were on verge of losing this game due to the dumb tunnel.

Just for a bit of clarification, I was the one who banned dragudo, not cause of tunneling or anything, but because threw two bombs inside his own base and destroyed two very valuable parts, killing a bunch of allies at the same time.
