    You get kicked by plebs. :rollseyes:

    They're not entirely team-safe, and auto-spikes (you may know them as grinders) aren't as effective as they used to be.
    I suppose if a map was covered with them, your team's knights might get a significant advantage, but they're not super cheap...

    So instead of asking "What if?" why don't you test it and just tell us? :)

    Well I tried it on the Rave Server yesterday night, when there were around 15 players.

    The overall effect, I spammed 4 of them and it killed 2 team mates and around 8 enemies during the whole game (but I didn't repair them often).

    I only tried the smallest one (the top one).

    Grinders are useful adding to places you want blocked, like permanently. Spamming them around the map in nonstrategic locations can hurt your team especially if it's full of plebs.

    You guys know that huge castle in the middle of some Action! Unlimited maps? Blocking some of those entrances off and putting a couple grinders can really help your team. Chances are, when your team is coming down off that castle and advancing, there's usually going to be a straggler camping by the grinders. Overwhelmed by your numbers and afraid to go all Rambo on your team, he's going to sit there and shield like a pussy. What you do then, you push him into the grinder like a total fag. :p

    Again, if your team is experienced and knows what grinders do and how they work then by all means spam away. There's always going to be that unwanted and accidental teamkill though... :(
