Hm...seems like the same issue we had before. Can you post the "system.txt"-file from the "logs"-folder?

No "System.txt" inside the "Logs"-folder? That's strange. Did you try a full clean reinstall?
Also: Make sure your graphics card driver is up2date. This should be the latest. (You're using the 32bit version of Windows XP right?)

I updated graphics driver and re-installed KAG several times.

I'll just throw out random suggestions. Try one after the other:

• Close Steam before playing KAG.
• Again: Are you really sure there is no "System.txt"-file inside the "Logs"-folder? If you've found it, post it here.
• Attach the "autoconfig.gm"-file to your post (inside the KAG installation folder under Base --> Scripts).
• Really make sure that you have correctly updated your graphics driver. One guy had almost the same card as yours and he fixed it by updating it. Make sure you uninstall your older driver first, then reboot your PC to Safe Mode and run Driver Sweeper to remove some possible leftovers from the old driver. Then reboot again into normal mode and install the new driver.
  
• Update DirectX. Make sure you restart your PC after the installation.
• Download GPU-Z, execute it and click on the tiny camera-smybol on the top right. Click on "Upload to Free Image Hosting" and copy the second link into your next post.
• Click on Start --> Run, type in “dxdiag” and click OK. If a message pops up click on "Yes". Wait until loading finishes, click on the "Display" tab and make sure it shows "Enabled" three-times on the left. If not, enable them. Click on "Save all Information...", save the txt-file somewhere and attach it to your post.
• Make sure your RAM is not corrupt by running MemTest86+.
• Scan your hard disc drives for errors.
• Your BIOS-version is not the latest. I doubt that it solves your problem but it's always good to be up2date. You can download it here. "fx41s026" is the latest version. Try to find out by yourself how to update it.

I think that's enough for now. Tell me if you have a problem with one step.

 

Also make sure that you're not running Mumble the same time you're trying to play KAG. It tends to crash it.
